Program terms

This website invites Australian dental practices to check their eligibility to apply to Smyrna Dental Partners. The eligibility check is free and does not guarantee acceptance or create a partnership agreement.

The proposed model allocates 60% of collected treatment revenue to the treating clinic and 40% to Smyrna Dental Partners for acquisition and patient coordination. Clinic revenue is before its costs. Settlement timing, responsibilities, treatment costs, deposits, cancellations and refunds must be agreed in writing before referrals begin.

Partner clinics must offer implants, All-on-X treatments and free implant consultations, have appointment capacity, and provide access to a supported PMS for availability-based bookings. Bookings and production are recorded in each partner clinic’s dedicated Sheet. Clinics retain responsibility for clinical assessment, consent, treatment planning and care.

Patient numbers, attendance, treatment acceptance, finance approval, treatment outcomes and revenue are not guaranteed. Any case-value calculation is illustrative. Patients decide whether to proceed and finance remains subject to eligibility and approval.
